As of June 1, 2025 or by agreement, we are looking for a positive personality as a receptionist for showroom, invoicing and warranties 100%.
These are your tasks

You are part of the reception team and ensure initial customer contact on the phone and in person on site.

You will be responsible for checking and invoicing customer and warranty orders.

You will take on a variety of administrative tasks, maintain the data in the system and help to ensure that the garage runs smoothly with your work.

You will receive customer enquiries and orders, forward them to the relevant departments, coordinate the details for a unique visitor experience and look after our customers, for example during waiting times.
What you bring with you

Completed basic training and commercial training or further training.

Experience in a similar position

A confident, well-groomed and winning manner and impeccable manners

Passion for the automotive industry

Very good knowledge of German, solid knowledge of French is a big plus

High service orientation, communicative flair and commitment

Sound PC knowledge

Valid driving license cat. B
